History of food and nutrition 

Until about 170 year ago there was little scientific knowledge in the west  about nutrition. The founder of modern science of Nutrition was a French man named Lavoisier (1743 to 1793) whose contribution paved new ways Tu nutrition research in the the year 1752 James Linds discovered scurvy which would be cured aur prevented bike eating Fresh fruits and vegetables. In 1952 it was known that diseases would be cured by eating kutton kinds of foods. In 19th century it was known that the body of obtains 3 subtense namely protein fats and carbohydrates from the food.
